All mobile oil change business entrepreneurs constantly consider and think about their market mix. Should they concentrate on Fleets of Vehicles for companies or on personal cars or oil changes for employees at their offices? Well interestingly enough this subject came up in an online discussion between two oil change industry sector entrepreneurs recently and one gentleman stated;
“I have found that retail customers are much more appreciative and willing to give me referrals than commercial fleet operators.”
Bingo! That is what I am talking about right there. Get in with the average person. The whose who takes longer to get too. It is much harder to get appointments with the executive staff of a large corporation to get permission to do oil changes on their property or the President, CFO or Maintenance Chief of a large trucking company, who would be the decision maker.
Sure you need the movers and the shakers to move the ball forward and they can okay the deal on a one-time personal chance meeting. But the constant bombardment from the masses always will move the movers and shakers who understand the flow and do not want to disrupt employee productivity, by saying NO to something everyone wants, so it is all about Diplomacy.
The ART of letting everyone else get YOUR way; heck look at the way the politics of this nation work. Simple stuff, and many ask me to we move the few who are the decision makers or do we move the masses who move those decision makers? Well I say why does it matter; DO BOTH. You see just move the whole darn mountain. Consider this in 2006.

If you don’t want to spend a lot of cash on a home security system, but you want intruders or possible burglars to be deterred from your property, then a camera dummy security might be just what you need. With a camera dummy security, thieves will think that your home is protected but will not be able to tell the difference between your fake security cameras and the real thing. This is a cost effective way to keep intruders away from robbing your home.
Some of the camera dummy security systems can be mounted easily with a few
screws and support braces, and will give the appearance of looking just like a real
bona fide security camera. These decoy cams will look like the real thing, with
realistic stickers and blinking lights. You can even find fake cameras that have
motion detectors installed in them, so even though they are not transmitting video,
they will still be motion activated and move as if they are filming the suspect.
You will be surprised to find that a camera dummy security can save you a bundle,
and mostly you can find what you need for under a hundred dollars. Intruders will
be fooled and diverted from your property, and you will have the peace of mind of
knowing that you are protected. You might be surprised to know that you don’t need
to spend a lot of money to give the appearance that your home is protected by
alarm systems and cameras. With fake security cameras, you can mount a security
system that will appear to the untrained eye as being realistic and always capturing
video. If you have a small store or even want to make your household staff think
they are being monitored at all times, they will be on their best behavior around
your fake security cameras.
There are many different styles of fake security cameras to choose from. You can
secure your home with fake cams for as little as 15 dollars a
camera. This is a great idea if you are short on cash but still want to make your
home look protected. Another great use for fake security cameras is for movie or
theatrical play sets. Your audience will believe that your dummy cameras are real
and you don’t have to spend a lot of money on props!

Wall covering is the name given to all the materials used to cover, protect, or decorate ceilings and walls. Nearly all types of materials, stone, plaster, fabrics, paper, wood, stucco, can be used to cover or clad the walls and ceiling. The market offers endless possibilities to solve any problem that may come up while decorating. When choosing the wall coverings for the floor you have to make sure that there are no humidity problems.
The wall covering chosen for each space is determined not only by the style and
ambience we wish to create but also by practical aspects such as maintenance. Paint
must be recoated periodically as it gets dirty easily. However, there are now
washable paints, even water-based ones especially suitable for children’s rooms.
Tiles do not stand up to wear and tear; they get chipped and do not allow you to
drill holes.
It is worth looking into new solutions coming on to the market, like marble work
and stone tiles. Think about how a material will look next to the surroundings
decoration materials while trying to imagine the sample at full size. Special care is
necessary before going ahead with installation of a wall covering because normally
it is a quite costly process and difficult to change. Consider the possibility of playing
flooring against carpets and rugs. The latter add warmth and comfort to a home.
Use fabrics to provide soundproofing in noisy rooms. Curtains or blinds allow you to
play with light. Choose flooring according to a room’s use. Avoid paint in areas with
heavy circulation. Tiles and marble are both washable and longer lasting. When
deciding on flooring and wall coverings remember just how much space they occupy
and therefore how important they are. Well-matched wall coverings and floorings
can be equally enhancing so it is best to select them at the same time.
